Bookings & Payments

You can book by purchasing your preferred package.
Once payment has been received, you will be given access to a private link to schedule your first session at a suitable time.
Yes. Klarna is available on selected multi-session packages.

I’m based in Necton, Norfolk, and work with clients across Breckland, West Norfolk and the wider Norfolk area, including Swaffham, Dereham, Watton, Downham Market, Fakenham, King’s Lynn and North Norfolk.
Many sessions take place at my private training paddock near Necton, with some behaviour consultations available in your home where appropriate. Travel within 10 miles of Necton is included, and I can travel further afield for some services for an additional fee.
Yes. Evening and Saturday appointments are available. Please contact me for current availability.
Yes. Online consultations are available across the UK.
Many of my training and behaviour sessions take place at my private training paddock near Necton, with clients travelling to me from across Norfolk.
For services where I travel to you, such as an in-home behaviour consultation, travel within 10 miles of Necton is included. For appointments further afield, the following travel fees apply and are based on the return journey:
• 0–10 miles – Included
• 11–15 miles – £15
• 16–20 miles – £25
• 21–25 miles – £35
• 26–30 miles – £45
• 30+ miles – Quoted individually
Any applicable travel fee will be confirmed before booking.

I will take a detailed history, make careful observations of your dog and create a tailored Behaviour Plan. You’ll receive written notes and follow-up support.
A veterinary referral isn’t always required, although I may recommend working alongside your vet where physical health, pain or discomfort could be contributing to behaviour. If you’re hoping to claim for behavioural treatment through pet insurance, your insurer may require a veterinary referral. Please check your individual policy before booking.
This varies depending on the behaviour. Clear guidance is provided after the initial consultation.
Some pet insurance policies include cover for behavioural treatment with a suitably qualified and professionally accredited behaviourist. As an INTODogs Accredited Canine Behaviourist (ACB-KSA), my behavioural work is recognised by many UK pet insurers.
Whether you can claim will depend on your individual policy, and a veterinary referral may be required. If you’re hoping to use your pet insurance, please check your cover with your insurer before booking. I’m happy to provide details of my accreditation or liaise with your vet where required.

Yes. I provide structured Reactivity Programmes using safe, evidence-based methods.
Sessions start at my private training paddock, then in appropriate public spaces.
Progress depends on the individual dog. I will set realistic expectations from the outset.
Some pet insurance policies may cover behavioural treatment for reactivity. Eligibility and referral requirements vary between insurers and policies, so please check with your insurer before booking. A veterinary referral form is available if required.

Sessions can begin as soon as your puppy arrives home.
Yes. Sessions can take place at home or online until your puppy is ready to explore outdoors.
Socialisation, house training, confidence, recall, lead walking, how to manage common puppy behaviours like nipping and prevention of common behaviour problems in dogs.

Yes. I provide tailored packages to help rescue dogs settle, build trust and develop positive behaviour patterns.
Some rescue dogs benefit from support immediately, while others benefit after a short adjustment period.
Yes. I offer flexible, ongoing support for complex cases.

I use kind, evidence-based, reward-based methods that prioritise your dog’s emotional wellbeing and help them learn through trust, understanding and positive experiences. I never use fear, intimidation or aversive methods to train a dog.
Yes. I am an Accredited Canine Behaviourist (ACB-KSA) and Certified Dog Trainer (PCT-A).
I hold a Level 5 qualification in Canine Behaviour, with Distinction, and am a member of INTODogs, ICAN and the UK Dog Behaviour & Training Charter.

Yes. I adhere to the professional standards and codes of conduct of the organisations with which I am accredited, certified and a member, including the UK Dog Behaviour & Training Charter.
Physical health, pain or discomfort can sometimes influence behaviour. If your dog's behaviour or presentation suggests that a health-related factor could be contributing, I may recommend discussing my observations with your vet or seeking veterinary assessment alongside behaviour support.
