Bookings & Payments

  • You can book by purchasing your preferred package. Once payment has been received, you will be given access to a private link to schedule your first session at a suitable time.

  • Yes. Payment plans are available on multi-session packages through Klarna. This allows you to spread the cost of your chosen service in a manageable way.

  • All services are subject to my Terms and Conditions. Please refer to the full Terms and Conditions for full details.

Availability & Locations Covered

  • I am based in Necton, Norfolk. Travel within 10 miles of Necton is included in all in-person services. I do cover a wider area, but a small travel fee will apply.

  • Yes. Evening and Saturday appointments are available. Please contact me for current availability.

  • Yes. Online consultations are available across the UK.

  • I am based in Necton, Norfolk and offer in-person dog behaviour consultations and puppy training sessions in and around Swaffham, Dereham, Mundford, Fakenham, Watton, Downham Market and many surrounding villages across Breckland and West Norfolk.

    If you are further afield, I also offer flexible online consultations with the same level of care and personalised support, available across the UK.

    Travel within 10 miles of Necton is included in all consultations. For clients further afield, a travel fee is applied (see below). These charges are based on a return journey.

    • 0-10 miles - Included

    • 11-15 miles - £15

    • 16-20 miles - £25

    • 21-25 miles - £35

    • 26-30 miles - £45

    • 30 + miles - Quoted individually.

    Travel fees, if applicable to you, will be invoiced separately and are payable at the time of booking.

Behaviour Consultations

  • I will take a detailed history, make careful observations of your dog and create a tailored Behaviour Plan. You’ll receive written notes and follow-up support.

  • While not always required, I do encourage collaboration with your vet in cases where health may be a factor.

  • This varies depending on the behaviour. Clear guidance is provided after the initial consultation.

Reactivity Support

  • Yes. I provide structured Reactivity Programmes using safe, evidence-based methods.

  • Sessions start at my private training paddock, then in appropriate public spaces.

  • Progress depends on the individual dog. I will set realistic expectations from the outset.

Puppies

  • Sessions can begin as soon as your puppy arrives home.

  • Yes. Sessions can take place at home or online until your puppy is ready to explore outdoors.

  • Socialisation, house training, confidence, recall, lead walking, how to manage common puppy behaviours like nipping and prevention of common behaviour problems in dogs.

Rescue Dogs

  • Yes. I provide tailored packages to help rescue dogs settle, build trust and develop positive behaviour patterns.

  • Some rescue dogs benefit from support immediately, others after a short adjustment period.

  • Yes. I offer flexible, ongoing support for complex cases.

Behaviour and Training Methodology & Credentials

  • I use kind, science based methods that prioritise your dog’s emotional wellbeing and help them learn through trust, understanding and gentle guidance.

  • Yes. I am a Certified Dog Behaviourist and Trainer (ACB-KSA, PCT-A). I hold a Level 5 qualification (with distinction) in Canine Behaviour. I am a full member of INTODogs, ICAN and the UK Dog Behaviour & Training Charter.

About me

Policies & Professional Standards

  • Yes. Many pet insurance providers cover behaviour support. Please check your individual policy for details.

  • Yes. I adhere to the UK Dog Behaviour & Training Charter and the standards of the organisations with which I am accredited and certified.

  • If I suspect a medical factor, I will advise veterinary input before continuing with behaviour modification / training.
